For Immediate Release Dr. Jill Stein Returns to Michigan 2012 and 2016 Green Party Presidential candidate, Dr. Jill Stein, returns to Michigan this week Thursday and Friday, October 4th and 5th appearing in Wayne and Genesee Counties. Dr. Stein began her multi-state journey in New York City and will be making stops in Maine and Ohio before reaching Michigan and ending her tour in upstate New York.
Her first stop with local Green Party candidates begins in Ohio with Michigan gubernatorial candidate Jennifer V Kurland meeting up with her counterpart Constance Gadell-Newton and Dr. Stein in Sylvania at Fossil Park to rally against the multi-state Nexus pipeline on Thursday the 4th at 12:00pm noon. Later that day, Jennifer and Dr. Stein will be appearing at Redford Jaycee Hall first for a Meet and Greet at 3:00pm with a rally for the Wayne County Green Party at the same location beginning at 6:00 until 10:00pm.
On Friday the 5th, Jennifer and Dr. Stein will hold a rally outside of the now-closed Flint Central High School alongside Green Party candidates Sherry A Wells, running for State Board of Education and Gina Luster, running for Genesee County Commission 2nd District.
